Dr. Carol Rosin is the Founder/President of ICIS which is now headquartered in Vancouver, CA and in Vilcabamba, Ecuador. Dr. Rosin's organisation are focused on world cooperative space ventures and promote the worldwide ban of all space-based weapons. |
Dr. Rosin was the spokesperson for and associate of the late Dr. Wernher von Braun, the "Father of Rocketry,” about how to apply space age technology and information services to solving urgent and potential problems of human needs, the environment, and new energy.
Dr. Rosin is the former Corporate Manager of Fairchild Industries, and notably having been the first woman Corporate Manager of an aerospace company.
Consultant to space and defense, corporations and organizations including TRW, Disney, General Electric, IBM and the National Space Institute, to name a few. Dr Rosin was the consultant on the MX missile and the space shuttle.
Dr Rosin has testified numerous times before the U.S. Congress, House and Senate, The Presidents Commission on Space, and before various political platform committees about the feasibility of banning all space-based weapons and simultaneously building a cooperative, world military, civil and commercial space program that can and will replace the war industry and R&D programs.
Dr. Rosin speaks to local, national, and international/world audiences and media on Disclosure of Off Planet Culture truth, and how to achieve peace, health and security,
She is also the author of Space Careers, co-authored with Dr. Charles Sheffield. A book which contains numerous papers, articles and testimonies.
Dr. Rosin has three forthcoming books based on her personal experiences including strategy and action programs regarding new energy and space R&D. On how to educate and apply Space Age solutions via technology and information services for solving urgent and potential problems of humans and other animal needs.
Her new books will also include information about the problems in the environment within local communities and around the world, and alternative new energy programs, political decisions, and spiritual awareness of “who we are” and what our purpose is on this planet and in the cosmos.
